Tea and Sympathy- February 2008 Meetup

Tea and Sympathy is a gem of a restaurant. It is small but filled with charm. Please join us for conversation over a pot of tea or traditional British fare. Linda and I agree that they have the best Shepherd's Pie there. Plus, if you feel like putting in a few extra hours at the Gym, the desserts are very rich and to die for. The servers are very friendly but there are a few, slightly fussy, rules we need to take into consideration:

• The entire party must be there in order to be seated. So, please arrive on time. I will be there at 6:30 PM and we will enter the restaurant at 6:50 or very shortly thereafter. If you arrive early, there is a lot to do in the neighborhood. Tea and Sympathy has a small store next door. Plus, Fiddlesticks Pub is down Greenwich Ave. between 6th and 7th Ave. Partners in Crime, a mystery book shop is also a short walk away plus there are lots of other great stores that are also on Greenwich Ave.
  
• Since Tea and Sympathy is quite small, I have set the RSVP limit low. So, please only RSVP Yes if you can make it. If your schedule changes, please update your RSVP by the morning of the event so those spots are open to others.

  If you have never been there, you are in for a treat...just smelling the wonderful aromas that waft outside is like visiting heaven.
